Built for local service work

Your customers are homeowners who search on their phones, compare two or three companies, and call the one that looks real. The site is built around that one moment.

What the care plan covers

Hosting
Your site stays online on fast, secure hosting. Nothing for you to set up or renew.
Backups
A saved copy of your site is kept off-site, so if anything breaks I can restore it.
Security
Your site runs on HTTPS with a certificate that renews automatically, and your quote form has spam protection.
Uptime checks
I get an alert if your site goes down and fix it, usually before you notice.
One small edit
Each month I make one small change, such as new hours, a swapped photo, an updated phone number, or a new line in your services list. Bigger changes are quoted first.

Founding-client pricing: the first three Fort Mill area businesses get Get Found or Book More Jobs for $700 to $900 in exchange for a written review and permission to show their site.

How it works

Four steps. Most of the work on your side is the meeting and sending photos and a few sentences about your services.

  1. Video meeting

We meet for 30 minutes on Zoom or Teams. You tell me what you want your site to say and look like, and I ask about your services, towns, and best customers.

  2. Send your content

Within 7 days of our meeting, send your logo, photos, service list, hours, and a few sentences about your business. The draft clock starts the day everything arrives.

  3. Review a draft

About 7 days after your content arrives, you get a private link to review. Two rounds of changes are included.

  4. Launch

I test the phone button, the form, and your map link, then put the site live on your domain.

You handle

  • Buying your own domain (about $15 to $60 a year) in an account you create and own.
  • Sending your content within 7 days of the meeting.
  • Giving feedback on the draft within a few days so launch stays on schedule.

ILAF handles

  • Design, writing help, and building the site.
  • Hosting, backups, and connecting your domain.
  • Setting up your Google Business Profile with you, so you stay the owner and I'm added as a manager.

Want to talk it over?

Book a free 30-minute video meeting. Tell me about your business and what you want your site to do, and I'll follow up with a rough homepage idea so you can see it before you decide anything.
